The Cecil County Master Development Plan provides zoning for commercial and industrial expansion along the major transportation corridor of Routes 40 and I-95 in an established State Enterprise Zone with nine distinct areas.

Nine business parks established in these enterprise areas have affordable land and existing buildings, ranging in size from 20,000 to 345,000 sq.ft, with availability for immediate occupancy.
